C. Larry Madigan is a licensed private investigator in Washington state. Larry has over 55 years of experience in the military, law enforcement, and security industry.Larry attended Seattle University, majoring in Police Science and Police Management. Larry possesses numerous professional credentials and has attended and graduated from several schools specializing in security and investigations.
Larry served in the U.S. Army for 3 years, including serving in Vietnam and as a military police officer for Armed Forces Police. After leaving the Army, Larry worked as police officer for the Seattle Public Schools. Larry transitioned from the public sector to the financial sector, and became the Vice President of Security for Seattle First National Bank. Larry worked for Seattle First National Bank for over 19 years.
In 1996, Larry left Seattle First National Bank to fulfill his dream of being a business owner. Larry has been the President of Madigan Security Consulting & Investigations since 1996.

Kelly M. Madigan is a licensed attorney and private investigator in the State of Washington. She graduated from the University of Tampa with a degree in International Business and obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Seattle University School of Law. Kelly has been practicing law for 15 years, primarily in the area of civil litigation. Kelly has extensive experience in all areas of legal investigations. Kelly is an active member of the Seattle community and is an active supporter and volunteer for Food Lifeline, Pushing Boundaries, the Brain Injury Alliance, and Team In Training. Kelly served as president for Seattle Executives Association in 2020.

Steve Hardy is a licensed private investigator and process server in Washington state. Steve has over 35 years of experience in the military and law enforcement field. Prior to joining Madigan Security, Steve served in the United States Navy. After leaving the US Navy, Steve joined the Everett Police Department, retiring in 2000 with the rank of Acting Sergeant. During his tenure with the Everett PD, Steve served in Patrol, Traffic Safety, Marine Harbor Enforcement, and Investigations Bureau. In 1995, Steve re-enlisted in the US Navy Reserve. Steve retired from the US Navy in 2007 with the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer (E-8). Steve served as an Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Investigator. Steve completed two active duty recalls; Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Operations Nobel Eagle/Iraqi Freedom. During Operation Nobel Eagle completed studies and was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Degree from Alameda University. After returning from Operation Iraqi Freedom, Steve served as the Deputy Chief of Police for the Stillaguamish Tribal Police Department.

Caitlin Foss is a licensed private investigator and process server in Washington State. Caitlin has over 15 years of experience in the security and investigations industry. Caitlin attended the University of Washington and earned her degree at Bellevue College. Caitlin has taken numerous continuing education courses on subjects such as cyber investigations, process service, and background investigations.
